nBSWIR Waxahachie Outpatient is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to assist in our growing volumes. The Waxahachie clinic, located on the BSWH Regional Medical Center campus (I-35 and Hwy 287) is a large, dynamic, multi-disciplinary clinic with experienced therapists, including OT, PT and ST, seeing a wide variety of patient populations and diagnoses. We are looking to fill an adult orthopedic caseload and we are willing to train the right candidate in advanced treatment options and techniques. Schedule is M-F and clinic hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm.
nSelect Medical complies with state and federal wage and hour laws. Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity. Minimum pay: $80,080.00

n nResponsibilities
nAs a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
nnnInitial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
n
nnPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
n
nnTimely and accurate documentation usingTherapEBridge
n
nnInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
n
nnEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
n
nnPromoting continuous quality improvement
n
nnInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed
n
n nQualifications
n.Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
n.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
