At The New Jersey Doctors Of Physical Therapy, we are the largest PT-owned practice in the state and are recognized by our patients as the 5-Star Standard For Physical Therapy Care. We offer the opportunity to earn $120,000+, with total compensation valued up to $130,000+ including benefits, supported by structured mentorship, clinical development, and a clear growth path within an independently operated practice. NJDPT offers a long-term career path without the high-volume feel of many corporate outpatient models. Our clinicians typically treat 1–2 patients per hour, allowing time for individualized care, clinical growth, and work-life balance. Our Mentorship Program
Dedicated 1:1 mentorship sessions with an experienced team of highly credentialed, board-certified DPT mentors

Salary progression up to $120,000+ following the structured training and development period
