Physical Therapist West Florida, FL
Full-Time, Days (Rotating Weekends), $35.77 to $49.18/hr, $10k Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Case-by-Case
Overview
Join a leading rehabilitation team providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute and rehab environment. Deliver therapeutic care across the continuum, develop individualized care plans, and support patient recovery with flexibility and professional growth opportunities. Enjoy 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams
Provide skilled therapy to produce measurable improvements in patient function
Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises, appliances, and home care strategies
Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs
Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards of practice
Qualifications
Required: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
State Licensed Physical Therapist
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire
Open to new graduates; experience not required
Preferred: Clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $35.77-$49.18 based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: $10k
