Through expert care and individualized treatment plans, we help patients enhance their function and overall quality of life. Responsibilities • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Treat orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, and chronic pain conditions • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes • Deliver exceptional patient care and create a positive treatment experience Qualifications • Graduation from an accredited program in Physical Therapy • New Jersey Physical Therapy License If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity with competitive compensation, bonus potential, excellent benefits, and the ability to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply today.
