COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Physical Therapist (PT)
Up to $105,000 Total Compensation (Salary + Bonus, Commensurate with Experience) Up to $10,000 annual performance bonus paid quarterly Signing Bonus (negotiable) paid out first paycheck Relocation (negotiable) Funding available for CME $1,000 annual Continuing Education allowance Practice-wide Continuing Education Program with up to $50,000 toward professional development including fellowships and advanced certifications, available by application Flexible PTO program + 8 paid holidays Comprehensive Health/Dental/Vision Benefits and 3% Company 401K Match RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Physical Therapist (PT)
Clinic Director Opportunity Outpatient clinic with an Orthopedic focused patient population Enjoy an optional 4-day work week with an excellent work-life balance Dedicated time for quality patient care 60-minute evaluations with 30 minutes follow-ups Opportunity to establish and grow a smaller clinic while providing exceptional patient care with autonomy QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Physical Therapist (PT)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Experience in OP setting a plus – manual therapy knowledge and experience. Seeking a team-oriented clinician with a passion for patient care and leadership skills COMMUNITY Physical Therapist (PT)
