Overview
Join a high-performing outpatient physical therapy team where your growth is supported - earn $90K-$120K, Up to $10K sign-on bonus, and up to $25K in student loan repayment ! Additional earning potential available.
Join a fun, welcoming, and highly collaborative clinic environment in Wilton, CT, owned by OrthoConnecticut and managed and staffed by MOTION PT Group (Confluent Health) through our clinical partnership . Treat a strong orthopedic patient population in an open-space setting while working alongside a multidisciplinary team , including on-site orthopedic surgeons and pain management specialists . We offer flexibility with workdays and scheduling and are open to discussing 10-hour vs. 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice)
Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care
CPR and first aid certification required
Compensation: $90K - $112K+, with an optional higher-caseload compensation model and additional compensation for eligible certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
