Job description
Physical Therapist – Outpatient
Location: South Windsor, CT
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience

The Select PT South Windsor office is a stand‑alone clinic that sees a diverse patient population from middle school/high school athletes focused on returning to sport to a more mature patient who is focusing on improving overall function, balance and reducing fall risk. Currently 2 full‑time physical therapists support this dynamic clinic, but we are looking to add a motivated clinician to the team. Our culture thrives on mentorship and growth.

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
CPR certification
