Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT)
Perform outpatient PT evaluations & exams
Diagnose orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance-related conditions
Develop individualized care plans with measurable goals
Provide evidence-based PT interventions, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plansEducate patients and families on techniques for continued care
Qualifications for PTs
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current New JerseyPT license (or license-eligible)
Strong interest inoutpatient, orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and fall-risk patients
Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player
Vestibular rehab experience preferred but not required
