Physical Therapy AidePay: $21.50/hourMonday through Friday 7:30am-3:30pmJoin our team as a Physical Therapy Aide to support the development and implementation of sensory integration and motor activities for program participants. Collaborate with the therapeutic team to design and execute individualized and group-based activities tailored to participant needs. Assist in the development and follow-up of Day Habilitation Support Plans (DHSP), including attending case conferences. Provide assistance with personal care activities including dining, toileting, and transfers as needed. Support the implementation of behavior management strategies in coordination with the clinical team. Serve as a role model and provide staff training in therapeutic approaches. Foster a respectful, dignified, and culturally appropriate environment for individuals. Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, collaborating with parents, guardians, and other professionals. Maintain an inventory of therapeutic materials and recommend appropriate purchases.Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED/HiSETStandard driver's license – class C or class D1 – 3 years of related experience
