We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and support our mission of providing exceptional patient care.Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapy Aide at SportsCare Physical Therapy, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will work directly with physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and patients, assisting in the delivery of treatment and promoting a positive and supportive clinic environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist with Patient Care: Provide direct support to patients during their therapy sessions, following the guidance of the physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. This may involve assisting with exercises, equipment setup, and ensuring patient safety.Prepare Treatment Areas: Set up treatment areas and equipment, ensuring they are clean, organized, and ready for patient use.Patient Education: Assist in patient education by explaining exercises, proper form, and treatment goals as directed by the clinical team.Maintain Cleanliness: Keep treatment areas, exercise equipment, and therapy rooms clean and sanitized to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.Laundry and Supplies: Assist with laundry duties, such as washing and folding linens, towels, and other materials.
