nClinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am -7:00pm

nStatus: Ful-time 35 hours

In this position, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to the field of physical therapy.

nResponsibilities

nAt ATI Physical Therapy, we offer a collaborative and welcoming environment where you will:

nnnGreet and interact with patients warmly both by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.

n

nnPromote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.

n

nnEffectively onboard new patients reviewing relevant paperwork, verifying benefits, and completion of medical forms.

n

nnSupport Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas, as well as setting up and adjusting exercise equipment.

n

nnMonitor patient progress and provide feedback the therapy team.

n

nnAssist patients in performing exercises and support their prescribed home exercise programs.

nQualifications

nRequired

nnnHigh School diploma

n

nnMust be 18+ years

n

nnHealthcare and/or customer service experience

n

n nPreferred

nnnHealthcare experience (Physical Therapist Aide/Technician, Medical Assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students)

n

nnCertified Personal Trainer experience.

n

nnExperience or education in Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

n
