Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient OrthopedicsCalifornia Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – San Jose, CA Clinic Address: 3097 Moorpark Ave., Suite 100, San Jose, CA 95128Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic with a focus on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab.Pay Range: $35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.Job Type: Full-time Schedule: FlexibleBenefits:$5,000 sign-on bonus (for eligible locations)Student loan reimbursement program$750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks$1,500 annual CEU allowance + unlimited MedBridge access3 weeks of paid vacation + paid holidaysFlexible work schedule (3 or 4-day workweek options)Tolls reimbursement for commutersMentorship and professional development for all experience levelsClinical residency program401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceHealth savings and flexible spending accountsEmployee assistance programEmployee referral bonus programEmployee discounts and perks platformResponsibilities:Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PTFollow and implement individualized treatment plansProvide direct care to help patients regain strength, function, and mobilityCollaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomesDocument patient care using a modern EMR systemMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulationsServices Provided:Orthopedic and sports physical therapyManual therapy and functional rehabilitationPre- and post-operative rehabSpine and TMJ rehabilitationVestibular therapyUpper and lower body rehabWork injury rehabilitationGait and orthotic assessmentsWeightlifting correctional trainingQualifications:Graduate of an accredited PTA programCurrent California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)Why Join Us?
