Physical Therapy Assistant Colorado Springs CO4.5-day work week | Full Benefits | up to $75KWe are looking for a motivated Physical Therapy Assistant for our growing, multi-disciplinary practice in Colorado Springs CO. This position is 100% outpatient care, providing exemplary patient care for established and new patients. Must be an excellent team player and work well with other providers in our team-based treatment approach and have 2000 hours which is required to work independently without a PT if needed.About us: We are a premier comprehensive and multidisciplinary group committed to relieving pain and restoring function and wellness to our patients. We take a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and take pride in having many different providers at our clinics including PTs, PTAs, PAs, NPs, MDs, MTs and acupuncturists.Duties:Assist the PT in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal issuesGuide therapeutic exercisesProvide thorough and accurate documentation in a timely manner.Proactively work collaboratively, and demonstrate the Company's values of excellence, poise, leadership and service.Provide exemplary patient care and be able to work in a professional manner with a team.Requirements:Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy Assistant programExperience working in out-patient, orthopedic careMust have completed the 2,000 hours required to work independently without a PT if needed.PTA license in COSchedule:Monday – Friday (office hours end at 1pm on Fridays)Full time- no weekendsCompensation (range):$60k – $75k (Depending on experience)Benefits:Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) with matchingPTO/Holiday Pay/Sick dayBonus compensation potentialLife InsuranceShort term and long-term disabilityWe are looking for a PTA to help our patients feel welcome and secure by developing and maintaining relationships throughout their care.
