Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient OrthopedicsCalifornia Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Concord, CA Clinic Address: 1333 Willow Pass Rd, Ste 110, Concord, CA 94520Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic offering manual therapy and functional rehab in a collaborative environment.Pay Range: $35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible (30–40 hours/week)Benefits:Up to $5,000 sign-on bonusStudent loan reimbursement program$750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks$1,500 annual CEU allowance + unlimited MedBridge access3 weeks of paid vacation + paid holidaysFlexible full-time schedule (30–40 hours per week)Mentorship and professional development programs401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceHealth savings and flexible spending accountsEmployee assistance programEmployee referral bonus programEmployee discounts and perks platformResponsibilities:Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic settingFollow and implement individualized care plans developed by supervising PTWork one-on-one with patients to assist in pain relief and mobility restorationCollaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure quality careDocument patient progress in a modern EMR systemComply with all federal, state, and payer requirementsServices Provided:Outpatient orthopedic and sports therapyPre- and post-operative careSpine and TMJ rehabilitationVestibular rehabUpper and lower extremity rehabWork injury rehabilitationGait and orthotic assessmentsManual therapy techniquesFunctional training and strengthening programsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited PTA programActive California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)Why Join Us?
