($800 referrer / $200 referee- Payable after 200 hours of work)Personalized Support - Work with a dedicated recruiter committed to your success.Exclusive Employee Benefits - Enjoy free continuing education (CEUs) exclusive marketplace discounts, hotel savings, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program.Shift Details:40 hours per weekPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Duties & Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices.Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.Document treatments, patient responses, and progress accurately and promptly.Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.Maintain a safe and clean therapy environment and equipment.Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support patient recovery goals.Follow all facility policies and applicable regulatory standards.Minimum QualificationsCurrent, valid, and unrestricted VA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist AssistantCopy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g.,.
