Job description
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Mercy Hospital STL, you will support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations. You’ll implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, assist with mobility and transfers, and help restore function and independence. Working within Mercy’s compassionate, team-oriented culture, you’ll document progress in the EMR, collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, and educate patients and families on home programs.
