This hospital-based outpatient clinic is committed to delivering inclusive care and prioritizing the well-being of patients. Then, in person or through progress notes, provide the results to the physical therapist.Confers with physical therapy staff and others to discuss and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment.Transports patients to and from treatment areas, lifting and transferring them according to positioning requirements.
