Licensed Physical Therapist AssistantJoin a team that's making a real difference. We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with next steps.Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Florida State license or active state license required to start the position.BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Position Details:Private outpatient ortho clinicCaseload around 10-12 patients/day5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts, no weekends!Competitive PTO and company-paid events & outings a few times a year!Benefits:PTO starting at 15 days for new graduates, with potential accrual up to six weeks.48 hours of accrued sick time.Observed major holidays and additional office functions with paid time off for certain events, including the Friday after Thanksgiving.Up to 5 days of CEU leave with reimbursement up to $2,000 for motivated clinicians.Full-time clinic technician support at each location and well-equipped clinics.Production bonuses available for experienced clinicians.Location HighlightsKeystone Heights, FL offers access to outdoor recreation and small-town amenities.
