We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries-helping them manage pain and regain movement-under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:
Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active California PTA license required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience or comfort working in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
Ability to treat a broad patient population ages 5 through 90+ with common orthopedic conditions including hip, back, neck, shoulder, knee, and foot issues.
Comfort using Empower EMR, including AI transcription and dictation features.
Open to new graduates and clinicians with less than three years of experience.
Availability to participate in virtual or onsite interviews depending on relocation needs.

PTO starting at 6 days, increasing to 10-12 days with experience.
Sick time: 1 week (5 days).
Continuing education allowance of approximately $500 per year.
