Physical Therapist AssistantWe are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at AdvisaCare! You will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of personalized treatment plans, conducting therapeutic exercises, and providing guidance on proper techniques for mobility and rehabilitation. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients, their families, and the communities in which they reside.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the licensed Physical Therapist.Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and coordination.Provide guidance and education to clients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, transfers, and ambulation.Assess and document clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers, providing support and answering questions.Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards.
