Licensed Physical Therapist AssistantJoin a team that's making a real difference. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with next steps.Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.Active Alaska State Physical Therapist Assistant license required prior to start.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience providing PTA services in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred.Ability to implement PTA components of a physical therapy plan of care under PT supervision.Comfort with documentation in an electronic health record and familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing considerations.Willingness to travel occasionally to remote locations by boat or small plane and perform community-based services, including home assessments and school or senior center visits.Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, direct support staff as needed, and provide patient and family education.Benefits:Retirement plan.Paid time off and paid parental leave.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance and long- and short-term disability.Continuing education funds for clinical development.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified hires.Location HighlightsDiscover Sitka, Alaska, a coastal community with rich history and abundant outdoor recreation.
