We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements
Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active California PTA license required to start the position.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
Experience or comfort working in a 1:1 patient care model and providing 30- to 60-minute treatment sessions.
Experience or interest in manual therapy and patient education.
Willingness to work Monday–Friday; typical schedules are 5x8 or 4x10, no weekends.
Ability to work collaboratively with therapy aides and a small-site staffing model (typically one PTA per site).
