We're committed to creating a supportive, family-like culture where clinicians can thrive while making a meaningful impact in the lives of the residents we serve.We offer an excellent total compensation package, including: SIGN ON BONUS!Competitive pay rates- $34-$40 Dependent on experience.Comprehensive benefits include 401k, PTO, Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits.Free CEUs with CEU360.Licensure Reimbursement (after 1 year of employment).Mentorship & Training program, and a Clinical Excellence program that allows you to apply for specialty certification paid for by CRG.If you are passionate about providing exemplary patient care, building effective rehab programs to enhance our patient's recovery and quality of life, and want to be part of a dynamic and clinically driven team, this could be the perfect position for you!Experience/Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapy AssistantThis position is open to therapists at all experience levels.Some duties for this position include:Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements under the supervision and direction of an Physical Therapist.Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.Assesses and document patient's progress and communicates with supervising Physical Therapist to adjust treatments accordingly.Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.Provides input to supervisor for discharge summary of services provided per regulatory and clinical requirements.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
