Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Full-TimeMcLeod Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide treatment services that help patients regain mobility, function, and independence following illness or injury.$7,500 Sign On Bonus Available!Schedule:Full-Time80 Hours BiweeklyWhat You'll Do:Implement treatment plans established by a licensed Physical TherapistProvide therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of diagnoses and functional limitationsMonitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy teamCollaborate with Physical Therapists, Rehab Aides, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient careAbout Our Rehabilitation Team:Physical Therapy serves both inpatient and outpatient populations across a variety of specialty areas. Our collaborative team of Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Rehab Aides provides comprehensive rehabilitation services, including general, pediatric, and aquatic therapy.Qualifications:Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or related Health Science fieldCurrent South Carolina PTA license requiredBLS Certification required (American Heart Association)Experience:New graduates are encouraged to applyZero to less than one year of related experience preferredHelp patients achieve their highest level of independence while growing your career with McLeod Health.
