Job description
Physical Therapy AssistantTo improve the health of the communities we serve through contemporary, innovative, quality healthcare solutions.Schedule: PRNPhysical therapists help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disability for any patient suffering from injury or disease.Therapy focuses on improving function, strength, balance and coordination with a goal of improving, restoring or maintaining how an individual functions at work and at home.Freeman therapists also teach patients to use assistive and adaptive devices, such as crutches, prostheses and wheelchairs.Independently follows a treatment plan based on therapist/goal directed objectives, delivers/documents are, and provides D/C planning on all physician referred patients. Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff.
