Job description
Physical Therapy AssistantThe Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) supports licensed Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. The PTA helps implement treatment plans, monitors patient progress, provides therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and all other therapy services within their scope of practice. The PTA ensures patient comfort and safety throughout therapy sessions while providing a WOW experience. This role plays a crucial part in improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and helping individuals regain independence in their daily activities. This role should expect for daily schedule changes based on clinic and patient needs to allow for increased flexibility for our community.
