nUnder general supervision and direction of Physical Therapist, provides Physical Therapy treatment to patients.
nPrimary Responsibilities:
nnnAssist with Physical Therapy treatment to patients as outlined in the Physical Therapists' Evaluation and treatment plan as required by the APTA (American Physical therapy Assoc.), and WSAPTA ( WA State Physical Therapy Assoc.) guidelines and state laws
n
nnComplies with corporate compliance and confidentiality guidelines established by The Everett Clinic are followed
n
nnInteract regularly with the referring Providers and their staff
n
nnFrequent interactions with patients and their families
n
nnAll staff members are to promote a positive and productive work environment by acting maturely and responsibly, satisfactorily performing his or her job responsibilities and conducting themselves in a professional, courteous and respectful manner toward fellow employees, physicians and patients
n
nnMust relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions: (a) get along with co-workers or peers without exhibiting behavioral extreme; (b) perform work activities requiring negotiating, instructing, supervising, persuading or speaking with others; and (c) respond openly and appropriately to feedback regarding performance from a supervisor
n
nnPerforms all duties in a manner which promotes and supports the Core Values and Compact of The Everett Clinic
n
nnIntegrates Lean principles, practices and tools to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase customer satisfaction
n
nnFrequently must follow written and oral instructions as well as complete routine tasks independently
n
nnCompletes annual compliance training on HIPAA/Privacy/Confidentiality/Non-Discrimination/Harassment/Integrity Statement and signs Agreements
n
nnEnsures confidentiality of patient information following HIPAA guidelines and TEC policies
n
nnAttends training to meet requirements of the job position and as needed or mandated by TEC policies, Div. of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), OSHA, L&I and other state/federal regulations
n
nnHas regular and predictable attendance
n
nnPerforms other duties as assigned
n

nRequired Qualifications:
nnnPhysical Therapist Assistant Degree from APTA approved program
n
nnPhysical Therapist Assistant licensure requirements
n
nn2+ years of experience
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnDemonstrated solid customer service skills
n
nnProven excellent communication skills
n
n nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
