You will assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and monitor patient progress. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals will be invaluable in promoting positive outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesAssist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patientsConduct therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other modalities to help patients achieve their goalsMonitor patient progress, document treatment notes, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionalsContribute to a positive and supportive treatment environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and empowermentParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of effective treatment plansMaintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and agency policiesRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant programCurrent Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
