Licensed Physical Therapist AssistantJoin a team that's making a real difference. We're hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries—helping them manage pain and regain movement—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with next steps.Minimum Requirements:Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.Active State PTA license is required to start the position.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.Comfort working with an older adult patient population.Experience with 30-minute scheduled templates and managing a high-volume caseload. Candidates must be able to meet a minimum expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per schedule when assigned.Ability to work within a team model consisting of a PT, PTA, and PT Tech, with independent schedules for PT and PTA.Comfort using an electronic medical record (EMR) system and communicating via secure messaging with referring or collaborating physicians.Coachable, collaborative, and committed to empowering teammates.Benefits:PRN role with potential for additional hours during higher demand periods.Compensation model includes base hourly rate with opportunities for extra shift bonuses and production-based incentives.Location HighlightsFlagstaff, AZ offers year-round outdoor recreation and a vibrant small-city culture.
