Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
A full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Middleboro, MA. Schedule must include weekends. 3 days Friday-Sunday (or) Saturday-Monday. Will consider 4 days Friday-Monday, Thursday-Sunday or Saturday-Tuesday.
The Hannah B G Shaw Home is a forty bed residential and sixty-seven bed skilled 5-star facility located in Middleboro, MA. Our rehab center brings together the foremost rehab physician groups, nurses, therapists, and clinicians to offer South shore residents extraordinary rehab care in a beautiful home like environment. The facility was established under the will of the late Hannah Bartlett Griffith Shaw and opened its doors to twelve residents in 1941 as a not-for-profit corporation. Our 15-bed skilled rehab unit with high majority of orthopedic patients allow for individualized treatment sessions and flexible scheduling. We are a close-knit rehab team with a spacious state of the art rehab gym looking for motivated therapists with SNF experience to join our team!

Requirements:
Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting.
Good Faith Rate Range: $34.00 - $40.00
