Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Home visit | Dade City, FL 33525
Pay: $65 per treatment (4-unit visit)
Join Sobe Innovative Rehab, an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving Assisted Living Facilities and home visits. We're looking for a compassionate, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality geriatric therapy that helps residents maintain independence and age in place.

Responsibilities
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the plan of care
Help patients improve mobility, function, and independence
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and the care team
Complete accurate, timely documentation
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active Florida PTA license
Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required)
