Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you'll contributeA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) who excels in this role:Communicates patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.Documents patient care in accordance with Peoplefirst, regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirements.Instructs patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.Maintains equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.Makes presentations to support marketing efforts, at team conferences and in-services.Handles job responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standard and applicable state/federal laws.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
