nPosition: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
nLocation: Oregon, OH
nSchedule: Per Diem/Coverage As Needed
nCompensation: $37.00 Per Hour
n*This position requires the ability to pick up shifts at both our Sylvania and Oregon locations, as needed.

n nResponsibilities
nnnAssist with the delivery of physical therapy services including transportation, therapeutic exercises and functional activities
n
nnImplement treatment goals, plans, and programs as established by the physical therapist (PT)
n
nnAssist the PT in carrying out therapeutic interventions designed to meet the patients’ long-term goals, including strengthening, coordination and balance exercises; posture, endurance/cardiac, functional skills and community re-entry training; joint mobility and muscle lengthening and pain relief
n
nnTrain patients in locomotion using orthotics, prosthetics or assistive devices
n
n nQualifications
nMinimum Qualifications
nnnValid state PTA license
n
nnPossess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date.
