Physical Therapy Assistant
Schedule
8D shift, days.
Assignment Details
Contract commitment of 13 to 26 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Requirements
Active license required.
General certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
Rehabilitation certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
Less than 1 year of experience required.
Responsibilities
Assist in patient rehabilitation under the supervision of physical therapists.
Implement treatment plans as directed by therapists.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Provide support and education to patients and their families.
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
