Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.Location: 4313 S Pleasant Crossing Blvd., Rogers, Arkansas 72758Schedule: FT, daysHow you'll contribute:Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical TherapistAssist patients with mobility, therapeutic exercises, and functional activitiesObserve and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PTMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentationHelp ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environmentContribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace and step in with additional duties as neededWhat we're looking for:Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program, requiredCurrent PTA license in the state of Arkansas in good standing, requiredCPR certificationPrevious rehab or acute care experience (preferred but not required)Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetWhy join us:We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
