You and your team are bringing power back to the patients you serve. In doing this, you will oversee all rehab services in your facility, support your team by providing direct patient care, and ensure the highest standards of rehabilitation services.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required; Master's degree preferredLicensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practiceThorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing requiredMust have good verbal and written communication skillsMust possess the ability to make independent decisions and problem solve appropriatelyMust have thorough knowledge of all state practice actsMust possess the ability to positively interact with personnel, patients, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general publicMust possess the ability to effectively manage/motivate staffPosted Salary Range USD $30.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr. Bonus USD $5,000.00
