As a member, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational continuity by:Covering critical openings in specialized areas.Maintaining robust staffing profiles, especially during peak seasons.Offering flexible working options for allied health professionals to support work-life balance.Occasional ScheduleThe Physical Therapy Assistant administers optimal patient care by assisting the physical therapist (PT) in the planning and implementing of physical therapy treatment programs for patients as referred by physicians. To abide by the standards of ethical conduct for the physical therapy assistant and the Guide for Conduct of the Affiliate Member published by the American Physical Association (APTA). To abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by the Louisiana State Board Physical Therapy Examiners.Qualifications:Current licensure, current temporary licensure, or eligible for licensure or grandfathered in Louisiana is required.
