The Physical Therapist assistant will perform any or all the therapy procedures within the scope of respective license and training in physical therapy.The Physical Therapy Assistant follows the outlined treatment plan as developed by a physical therapist for each patient, involving physical means, such as exercise, massage, heat, etc. Direct and aids patients in active and passive exercise, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, utilizing pulleys and weights, steps and inclined surfaces and other therapy. Gives instruction in posture control and therapeutic procedures to be continued by the patient. Evaluate, record, and report patients' progress for review by physical therapist.Qualifications:Must have a PTA LicenseCertified physical therapist assistantKnowledge of medical terminologyGood Computer skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsPrevious experience preferred.This is a PRN positionClinic Hours: M-F 8:00AM-6:00PM
