Travel PTA Opportunity with Jackson Therapy PartnersMake a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active NY State PTA license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.Experience with restorative programs, transfers, gait training, wheelchair management, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.Ability to follow treatment plans established by a supervising Physical Therapist and document per facility policy.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.Shift Name: Days.Location HighlightsBronx, NY offers a mix of urban and natural attractions within short travel times.
