Travel PTA Opportunity with Jackson Therapy PartnersMake a real difference as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) with Jackson Therapy Partners. You'll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details.Minimum QualificationsAssociate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.Active New Jersey PTA license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.Current experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care setting preferred.Demonstrated proficiency with therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities commonly used in post-acute care.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a PTA preferred.Ability to work with medically complex and geriatric populations preferred.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Skilled Nursing FacilityShift Name: DaysShift Details: Days , 5x8Contract Length: 13 weeksMeal Break: 30 minutesCandidates may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.Location HighlightsWoodbury, NJ offers easy access to regional and urban attractions within short drives.
