Birds Landing, CA $94,785 - $112,478 a year

Profession: Physical Therapy

Job Type: Full Time

Physical Therapist – Join a Team Making Moves in California's Heartland

There's a quiet resilience to life in the Central Valley. The land here has always been hardworking—fertile, gritty, full of promise—and so are the people. In this city along the inland delta, where orchards and waterways meet railroads and shipping routes, you'll find a deep sense of heritage and an energy that's starting to rise again. It's a place shaped by agriculture and industry, but also by incredible cultural diversity, pride in community, and a growing momentum that's redefining its downtown and drawing new life into old streets. This isn't just a place to work—it's a place to be part of something rebuilding, something real.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants more than a clinic job—someone who wants to make a difference. You might be just starting out with a DPT in hand and a heart full of purpose, or maybe you've spent years guiding patients through recovery and are now looking for a fresh start. Either way, you'll find a welcoming, down-to-earth team here that works hard and supports one another through it all.

In this role, you'll do what you trained for: evaluate, treat, and walk alongside patients as they regain mobility, strength, and independence. Some days you'll be helping someone return to work after an injury, other days you'll be coaching a grandparent through joint recovery so they can get back to chasing grandkids. You'll use manual therapy, tailored exercise plans, and whatever creativity it takes to meet people where they are—because here, healing isn't one-size-fits-all.

We believe that great care starts with strong relationships, so you'll be part of a collaborative care model that brings PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians together under one roof. That means you'll always have backup when you need it, and fresh perspectives when you want them. Got a specialization in orthopedics or geriatrics? Wonderful. But above all, we're looking for someone who brings compassion, communication, and confidence into every room they enter.

And outside the clinic? There's more to explore than you might expect. Birds Landing is evolving—redevelopment is reshaping the city's core, new restaurants and arts spaces are popping up, and local pride is growing stronger by the day. It's a city where cultural festivals light up the calendar, where the food is as diverse as the people, and where the water is never far away. Want to spend a weekend wine tasting in Lodi or kayaking in the delta? That's right in your backyard. Or maybe just unwind at a local coffee shop, watching a city in motion find its footing again.

If you're ready to practice physical therapy in a place that values hard work, reinvention, and heart, we'd love to meet you. This is the kind of opportunity where your work matters, your voice is heard, and your community feels like home.

Step into something grounded, growing, and full of potential. Let's move forward together.
