Job Description
Elevate Your Career as a Home Health Physical Therapist!
- Location: Mt. Angel, OR and Surrounding Areas (Woodburn, Mt. Angel, Aurora, Molalla, Gervais, Silverton)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: 8-hour days (08:30 - 17:00)
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 (may visit up to 6 patients per day, 30 productivity points standard)
- Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience
- First-Timers Accepted: Yes
- Weekends: No weekend work required
- Certifications Needed: BCLS
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Floating Requirement: No need to float between units
- Local Candidates: Welcomed within a 50-75 mile radius, at the same rate
- Pending License: Accepted
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
Special Requirements:
- Own transportation necessary
- Efficient client grouping to minimize drive time (occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles, 60-90 minute total drive time per day)
- Primary series COVID vaccination required, plus one booster
- Experience with Oasis is required
