Job Description:
- Join a dynamic team at a Free-Standing Inpatient Rehab Hospital.
- Position: Physical Therapist
- Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Shift: Days
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
- Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend
- Call Requirements: None
Unit Profile:
- Number of Beds: 40
- Patient Ratios: 5:1
- Cutting-Edge Equipment: Lite Gait, Biodex, Zero-G
- Electronic Health Records: Epic
Patient Population:
- Adult patients with diverse needs:
- Stroke
- Traumatic/Non-Traumatic Brain Injury
- Debility
- Amputation
- Non-Traumatic Spinal Cord Issues
- Cardiac/Pulmonary Conditions
- Neurological Disorders (Myopathy, MS, Parkinson's)
Hiring Requirements:
- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Licensed PT in the State of Indiana
- Required Education:
- BS/MS/DPT
- Preferred Skillset/Experience:
- Familiarity with the common diagnoses listed above
- Personality Fit:
- Excellent collaboration with nursing and therapy teams
