Job Description:
- Position: Travel Physical Therapist
- Shift: 8A - 4:30P
- Location: 4401 Booth Calloway Road, North Richland Hills, TX 76180
- Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 10
- Staff Size: ~10 therapy staff
- Patient Ratio: ≥75% productivity
- Type of Equipment: Inpatient rehabilitation and acute hospital settings
- EMR System: Meditech
- Floating Requirement: Yes, will float to acute care pending rehab census
Essential Qualifications:
- Must Have:
- Inpatient Rehab experience
- Preferred Skills:
- Acute care experience
- Post-acute therapy services
- Former HCA experience
Typical Procedures:
- Initial evaluation and treatment progression
- Care planning and team conferences
- Discharge planning
- Focus on quality indicators and patient-centered care
