Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and VA setting with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week with no weekend rotation, providing a stable work-life balance in a rehabilitative care environment. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking long-term placement in post-acute and veteran-focused care settings.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
Active State PT License required
BLS certification required
Experience in SNF, rehab, or VA setting preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation
Ability to work independently and manage a consistent caseload
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
