We cannot wait to meet you!Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Tech to join our healthcare team in Mechanicsburg. In this role, you will work alongside licensed physical therapists to provide exceptional patient care and support therapeutic treatments.Assist physical therapists in delivering patient treatments and therapeutic exercisesPrepare treatment areas and maintain therapy equipmentApply hot and cold therapy treatments according to established protocolsMonitor and document patient progress during therapy sessionsEnsure cleanliness and organization of the therapy areaSet up and maintain therapy equipment and suppliesSchedule and coordinate patient appointmentsProvide excellent customer service to patients and their familiesFollow all safety protocols and proceduresQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a physical therapy or occupational therapy program (preferred)Working toward obtaining a college degreeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentPhysical stamina to assist patients and handle equipmentExcellent organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesBasic computer skills for maintaining electronic recordsKnowledge of therapy equipment and safety protocolsGenuine compassion for helping othersAbility to work flexible hours as neededStrong attention to detail and accuracy in following treatment protocolsProfessional demeanor and positive attitudeAdditional InformationCompetitive compensationExcellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, generous paid time off, and moreMultiple opportunities for professional development, specialization, and leadershipEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
