Board Certified/Board Eligible - Orthopaedic Surgery, Adult Reconstruction
Job Details:
Join a collaborative team of 14 orthopedic surgeons and 10 NP/PAs covering sub-specialties including adult reconstructive, shoulder and elbow, orthopedic oncology, foot and ankle, pediatric orthopedics, sports medicine, hand, and trauma
Benefit from a dedicated joint program coordinator and a robust 10-physician medical orthopedic section, complemented by a 4-physician podiatry section
Utilize the Mako robotic platform to enhance surgical precision and patient outcomes
Perform approximately 1,200 total joint replacements annually with significant growth potential supported by comprehensive outcome data
Optional outreach opportunities available to expand your practice
1:9 compensated call rotation at a Level I Trauma Center, supported by a dedicated call APP and surgical assistant, with approximately 30 call nights per year
Facility is working towards full call coverage by orthopedic trauma service
Manage patient records efficiently using a dedicated EPIC EMR system
Access a full spectrum of rehabilitation services to support patient recovery
Provide athletic team coverage for local professional, college (including all UMD sports), and high school sports teams
Fellowship training in Joint Replacement required
Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
