Quick Facts: Location: Dothan, AL Start Date: 02/21/2024 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: M-F, 8am 5pm Hours/week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent License/Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology Experience: 0+ years (new grads welcome if qualified) Pay & Benefits: Pay package: Highly competitive salary, starting at $25,000 to $50,000 above Birmingham, AL salaries (exact pay discussed upon application) Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses, signing bonus of $100,000 Benefits: Health, dental, disability, & life insurance Employer-funded retirement plan Paid malpractice with tail coverage CME and licensure allowances Paid interview expenses Student loan repayment options (PSLF eligible) What You ll Do: Provide general Urological care and procedures Manage patient consultations, diagnostics, and follow-ups Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals Participate in weekend call rotation (1 in 6) Utilize in-office lab services for patient convenience Engage with a vibrant community and growing patient base What You Need: Required: Medical license in Alabama or ability to obtain Board Certified/Eligible in Urology Excellent clinical and communication skills Preferred: Prior Urology practice experience Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment About the Assignment: Join a leading healthcare facility in Dothan, Alabama a thriving community rich with cultural, recreational, and educational opportunities.
