Anesthesiologist opportunity in Phoenix, AZA full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join a busy academic clinical practice in the Phoenix metro area. This position practices ata community-based, university-affiliated teaching facility designated as an ACS-verified and State-designated Level I Adult Trauma Center and an ABA-verified Burn Center.Clinical Practice ScopeThe anesthesiology team supports a diverse and high-acuity case mix, including:Labor & DeliveryNeonatal and general pediatric surgeryGeneral and robotic surgeryNeurosurgeryENTPlastic and burn surgeryLevel I traumaOrthopedics and podiatric surgerySpecial procedures outside the operating roomAdditional highlights:Approximately 11,000 anesthesia encounters annuallyTEE equipment available for perioperative and critical care patientsIn-house call requirement of 45 shifts per monthThis role includes active supervision and teaching of:Emergency Medicine and Surgery residentsCRNAs and student nurse anesthetistsMedical studentsQualificationsMD or DO degreeBoard Certified or Board Eligible in AnesthesiologyAbility to manage high-acuity adult and pediatric patientsStrong interpersonal and collaborative skillsFlexibility in a fast-paced academic environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageProfessional liability coverageSupportive teaching and research environmentJob more information, please email a copy of your CV to or call Vicky Rinehart at .
