\ N 11 MDAs/30 CRNAs
\ N 4:1 CRNA Supervision Staffing Model
\ N In-house call rotation, approximately 1/week with post-call day off
\ N Varied case mixincludes services to Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Peds, Ortho, General
\ N Anesthesiologist hire is considered equal with pay, vacation, call, and case-mix
\ N Competitive Salary consists of a base salary + quarterly production-based payout. All compensation is pool-based.
